Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rebel & the Gypsea. If you experience any issues with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us before returning any items. This helps us find the best possible solution for you and allows us to resolve any issues promptly.

How do I return my order?

  1. Contact Us First: If you're experiencing any issues with your order, please reach out to our customer service team at rebelandthegypsea@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include details of the issue and your order number.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we’ve reviewed your request, you will receive a return authorization along with instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Return the Item: After receiving return authorization, you may send the item(s) back using your preferred shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  4. Refund Process: Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the product(s). If you paid for standard shipping, that cost will also be refunded.

Important: All returns are subject to a €4.95 return processing fee for administrative costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item).

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotional periods are non-returnable.

  • Returns without prior communication and authorization may not be accepted.

 

Is return always possible, under all circumstances?

Items (excluding sale items) can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. You must notify us of your intention to return within this period. After that, you have an additional 14 days to return the items in their original condition and packaging.

Rebel & the Gypsea reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if returned items are damaged or if original packaging or labels are missing.

 

How long does it take before my payment is refunded?

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after we receive the returned item(s). This includes the cost of the item(s) and any original shipping fees (if applicable). The €4.95 processing fee will be deducted from the refund total.

If you paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), please note that the refund may appear on your next billing cycle.

 

On which account will the payment be refunded in case of return?

The amount will be refunded to the original account with which the order was completed. It is therefore refunded to the account whose amount was originally debited. It is not possible to specify another account for this.

 

Are there any costs associated with return?

Yes. Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • A €4.95 administrative fee for all returns, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.
