We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rebel & the Gypsea. If there is an issue with your order, we kindly ask that you inform us before returning the item(s). This helps us ensure the best solution for you and allows us to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

How do I return my order?

  1. Contact Us First: If you're experiencing any issues with your order, please reach out to our customer service team at rebelandthegypsea@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include details of the issue and your order number.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll provide you with the return authorization and further instructions on how to return the goods.
  3. Return the Item: After receiving the return authorization, please send the item back to us using your preferred shipping method. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned goods and confirm the issue, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s). If you’ve paid for standard shipping, we will also refund the standard delivery costs.

Please note: Return requests made without prior communication with our customer service team may not be processed.

You can return items from your order up to 14 days after the receipt. The products should be unused and undamaged. The products should be returned in the original package.

We will refund the purchase amount to your account number within 14 days. Sales cannot be returned. Sales include discounted products, seasonal as well as clearance.

 

Is return always possible, under all circumstances?

You can return the items from your order (except sales) up to 14 days after the receipt. Only in this period, it is possible to tell us that you want to terminate the agreement. After dissolution, a further period of 14 days applies in which the products can be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging. Rebel & the Gypsea reserves the right to charge a reduction of the value if goods are damaged on return or if the original packaging or labels are missing.

 

How long does it take before my payment is refunded?

Rebel & the Gypsea will refund the returned items within 14 working days after receipt. This refund includes the total amount you paid upon purchase, including any possible shipping costs for the home delivery. These shipping costs include the original costs that were required to deliver the package to the customer.

Note: if the payment was made using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard), the money will only be available with your next (monthly) credit card bill.

 

On which account will the payment be refunded in case of return?

The amount will be refunded to the original account with which the order was completed. It is therefore refunded to the account whose amount was originally debited. It is not possible to specify another account for this.

 

Are there any costs associated with return?

For returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your goods.

If the item is returned due to a mistake on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
